Skydive!!

Post by Watty »

Well chaps! Did the skydive today 8O omfg what an absolute adrenaline rush. Still buzzing now  . Scary waiting around to get geared up etc but that turned to apprehension once in the plane and climbing, then when they opened that side door and hung me out before we jumped I've never experienced anything like it. Highly recommended and I'm scared of heights

well done, however iam sure you are not the only bloke on here to be strapped to a man, and had a different jump  .

I haven't done one since 1999 but i used to love doing them. i did static line then free fall. Its such a buzz. Ive also done 2 HALO Jumps
missing the noise, not the vibes. However never say never!

Knew you would enjoy it. TBH I think anyone that rides a motorcycle and loves a bit of speed and wind in their hair would love it. It's all over a little too quick though.

Around 15/20 seconds mate. The initial disorientation, rush and wind noise is indescribable

Well done that man, apparently it is supposed to be one of the most safe things to do where as riding a motorbike is apparently on of the least safe.
All about perceived risk against actual risk. Having said that I take my hat of to you as I do not think I could do it.
