my vtr runs like crap when warmed up

when i start my bike up cold it runs breat until it gets warm then anything over 5000 rpm starts to break uponly when in gear.. if it is in nutruel it wont happen only when trying to move. i tried new plugs, wires,cleaded the carbs, changed the air filter, oil and oil filter. i can not get it to stop someone please please help me.
