been running one for close to ten years now (or more, can't remember) and never had a problem. Mine was/is a Speedo Healer brand. Just plug and play.

They do one for the Storm. Plug and play. Lets you recalibrate for sprocket changes or simply to dial out errors in the original speedo.

Kev, I also have a Speedo Healer V4 and like Micky it's been on the bike for 10yrs plus. As Micky points out "just plug and play". Mine sits under the seat as it needs to be plugged in to the wiring harness connectors in the opaque cover which sits behind the petrol tank. Good instructions on their site too on how to set it up for whatever sprocket sizes you have:-

You might also want to look at this http://shop.12oclocklabs.com/SpeedoDRD/ I have had one installed for 4-5 years and working fine. A little less money than the other.

Same here, on my SP2.
Dead easy to program as well, and simple to adjust afterwards if you change gearing again.
You can set it up with a car satnav telling you the exact speed you're doing.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
