I'll try and locate the sprokets next week then. According to the kamware calculator the std gearing gives 169 mph at the line in top which is way to fast for someone my age, 15 44 gives 148 at the line in top which is much more useable in my view.

Hey Max i've just been looking at the Kamware calculator, how much info did you need to enter to get a result as you did?
Chris.

I filled in all the boxes except them that was black. I think that if you know the ratios you dont have to put in the gears though.

Mine looks like

honda firestorm rpm 9500
prim ratio 1.682 teeth crank 44 driven 74
1st 2.733 15 41
2nd 1.813 16 29
3rd 1.429 21 30
4th 1.207 29 35
5th 1.080 25 27
6th 0.962 26 25

final reduction 2.56 drive 16 driven 41

rear tyre dia 24.80 circ 77.91

I just played and if you know either the ratio or gears you only need one
then press calculate button, voila

I got the gears from the manual and measured the back wheel circ and converted to imperial.
