I understand that McDonalds is open again, so I went online to see if I could order a burger and avoid queueing.
Unfortunately they wanted me to accept cookies.
I only wanted the burger.
I could possibly have gone large and had chips and a drink as well. But I don't want cookies.
I couldn't find any way of going onto their website to order without accepting cookies.
If I go onto their website, accept cookies, place my order, then delete cookies, will I still get the burger?
They seem to be obsessed by cookies. Perhaps their new business model is based on selling unwanted cookies.
As it turns out, I cooked something at home instead.
Damn this Covid! I don't like the new normal.
I wasn't that keen on the old one either.
I just want a burger

You could have kept the cookies for when you get visited
