Dublin

I know there are some Ireland based users on here so I'm looking for a bit of help.
I'm looking for hotels in Dublin, good access from the airport, large enough to cope with 30 people.
Any suggestions before I start trawling the web?
Might be easier to mail me rather than fill a thread here.
