New member saying hello

Post by HillclimbAli »

Hi. Been pointed in the direction of this forum as a very useful place! I have bought an old Firestorm that I will be using to compete in some hillclimbs this year - first meeting next weekend. First time of owning a VTR so may ask some questions that have been asked countless times before; apologies if I bore anyone in the next few months  Alison

Welcome to the club Alison. The forum is full of useful information, the search facility helps with browsing. For specific info just ask away, there’s always someone who’ll chip in with their experience.

Hi, Alison. One tip: make it lighter- for racing, these are a bit heavy.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

welcome to the forum.

for hill climb, I would get some flat bars on it and take the fairing off, then set it up like a big supermoto
