Not the most nimble bike for the Devon lanes, it’ll be ok but what’s up with the tango bike ?

I am still debating if it’s a ktm
Day or a storm.
What are you riding Malc?

I’m not sure and it depends on how I feel, I would like to ride the Storm as not used it for so long but think I might not be able to go far on it, other option is the Katana or if crap weather the VFR. Guess I’m lucky being close to home.
There will be storms though and the Kat does about the same to a tank of fuel as a storm so you don’t need KTM range

It’s not even the fuel range, the bloody ktm is good at everything and it makes you smile when you ride it.

It’s comfortable getting places and still mental to ride when you want to go fast, It just not as good at wheelies though

I doubt I could do a wheelie now even if the bike could, nowhere near strong enough ☹️ Even the MT10 that lifted the wheel far too easy was too aggressive for the current state of my body, anyway I sold that and moved on to the Kat 🙂
So it’s either no wheelies or you’ll be chief wheelie puller, you maybe both whichever bike you bring 😂

Don’t worry though I’m not riding like an old granny, just maybe not quite as 🤪 as before 😃

I know mate, but I have a few trips booked before I clean the cave, then I can set about it. Might even get Jonesey to do the forks as he has the correct tools for the job. And a tidy workshop now. Image

I will be very happy if his workshop stays that tidy for long...

This time next week, hopefully the weather is kind to us, just a little reminder to bring towels and a bog roll, I will try and sort out the other stuff no one thinks of, ie coffee, tea, sugar etc

This time next week we will probably be walking down to the cafe !

Bog roll ? an extra item to carry might have to leave the flanges at home...
