Payments due soon a poss please Chaps & Chapesses .

@ £72.25 per person - £25 deposit paid =£47.25 to pay please.

Those double booking £144.50 - £50 = £94.50.

As it stands I will have to pay in full by 11th January. If it's not paid on time the price goes up !

Unfortunately The Duffster has had to pull out. Had a call today 30/12, Frozen Shoulder he thinks caused by last years pannier fiasco. Well trying to stop the bike falling , not lifting an overweight pannier...

So If everyone whose said they are coming do come along, officially there are 8 berths still to fill. Or 6 if two of the doubles are single occupied.

So again I ask if anyone knows anyone who might be interested.

The problem is the total for the 4 chalets is £1156 that's for 16 berths @ £72.25 each. With only 8 berths taken @ £578. That leaves £578 short...

I'm not sure if they will allow a cancelation of one of the chalets. Won't know until I ask...That would reduce it by £289 but probably lose the deposit of £25 So lets say £264... Still leaving £314...That would mean either without the cancelation £578 Shortfall would require an extra £72.25 each...
If we can get one of the chalets cancelled That would mean an extra £39.25 each... Now I don't really want to have to pay more & I'm sure none of you do... So put the feelers out ! It's either that Or I'll open it up to the FB page !

I would apricate some funds before the deadline of 11th Jan. However as I'll be working that day I'll probably look to pay it on the 5th...

Thanks, Mac. Does your maths take into account I am booking a whole chalet and will therefore pay 4 x £72.25 = £289?

As I see it, Jonesy and Michaela will want one double, but you, Al, Pete and his brother will all want singles.

Excluding Nicole and myself in our one, that means you'll need two chalets but you have one double and two singles left to fill, assuming that you can cancel the fourth chalet.

I'm also assuming that Pete and his bro don't want to spoon in a double....

Al, why don't you bring Paula?

Tony I assumed you were joking re the chalet to your self! But if that what you want then fine by me. Yes it would be £ 72.25 x 4. Mac

No Phil is doing the TT this year so bailing out.

I have posted on FB but no one seems remotely interested.

Out of 2000 odd members you'd think someone might be interested.

I'll be staying on after the Devon weekend to visit Cornwall for the week. That means I'll be up for a rideout Sunday as well, if anyone fancies joining me?
