Seat Height Lowering

How can I safely lower the front & rear, any advice / pics

I think Hagon can supply a shorter shock to lower the rear, then the at the front the yokes can be dropped further down the fork stanchions. If it’s not a lot of lowering you require you could have the seat modified by a seat specialist,
