Replacement Seat - Which brand the most comfortable

Post by zine »

I'm looking at replacing the seat on my firestorm, as I found it very uncomfortable and my passenger keeps slipping forward. :(

Any one use a Corbin, Sergent or other type?

any advise greatly appreciated :)

Corbin seat

Post by Doobrey »

Not got a corbin seat but I have spoken to a couple of people in the states that have them. One of them does a lot of serious miles and swears by his Corbin seat.

Hope that is of some help

On my 1998 Buell S1 White Lightning and the stock seat was a knife, I swear. It was dissecting my "jewels" and I had to stand up at the every traffic signal to help lessen the pain.

I switched to corbin and was so impressed. It was a huge improvement over stock - very comfortable to ride long distances and superb quality, thats for sure.

Sargent seems to also be a good option and I have had friends buy the corbin and sell it to buy a sargent.

If you really need one, I can buy and ship for ya, mate! Just be glad to help you out! Yes, I am in the USA. :)

I am not tryingto make money off you, just helping out. Cheapest way to ship is US Postal EMS Insured 7-10 days, dunno cost yet coz I am not sure what the box size and weight is.

I have shipped to UK, south africa, NZ, Australia etc - mostly turbos etc coz I like fast cars too....Mainly the galantvr4.

I will have to contact the dealers and see how much shipping is to me. Feel free to contact them ifyou want it shipped directly to ya'll. They will take Visa - I am sure!
