Problem we have is that its usually around 33 degrees or so already without adding the heat of the road and the cars around you. I can tell you it's not a pretty thing to take off my jacket after a ride and my helmet gets as good an airing as I can give it, before I wear it again. Luckily Shoei has a removeable lining.
Yeah, it definately gets hot in Sydney. Maybe the humidity up here affects it more
