Track day pressures

Last year I was using metzeler rennsports and pirrelli super corsas but as a compromise I thought Id give BT 010s a try and so far Ive been very pleased with them. First track day of the year on Thursday( bet it rains), any suggestions for track day tyre pressures for BT 010s would be gratefully recieved
