Sounds good to me, but not too early as I need time to either replace or nail my bike back together first! Anywhere with food is good for a meet, lets get some suggestions in, for me some of the best roads are over on the north east coast but I guess the southern contingent don't want to ride that far.....any ideas?

Cheers, Bruce.

Just been looking at "Routes Bible" in this months Bike.

The ride around Peak District in Derbyshire looks interesting and its fairly central.

We could meet in Buxton, Bakewell or Ashbourne.

I know i am new to the firestorm family. I ride these roads now and again and they are great roads to play on.

Well you know I'd be OK with Derbyshire Kaz. You'll have to behave yourselves though 'cos the Peaks (esp Matlock) is a plod-magnet and some of the roads have more cameras than Jessops.

btw At least one of the Bike magazine featured roads (near Donington) was on the ride-out of a couple of years ago. Another (Uppingham to Market Harborough) is also one of my faves. So if the prospect of avoiding the fuzz proves too much, I'm sure I could find something around E Leics.
