Hi Essexbloke

Date will either be 18th or 19th October (will be taking a straw poll next week to determine which!) Venue is the National Motorcycle Museum 5mins from the NEC at Birmingham. (purley cos it's central and has a biggish car park!) then maybe on to Stratford for a Lucozade and compare conkers!

Have 21 potential yes's from the MCN VTR site and 23 from here and I know a few of the lads from the MCN site are from your neck of the woods so I'm sure we can tie you up with some others along with WayneM (should make for an interesting ride up!!)

Will give a full update to all potential attendees when I'm back next week

Look forward to seein' you there!

Cheers

Just a thought, but have you tried the VTR mailing list........

i've been a member for a few weeks now, reckon you would get quite a lot of interest on there..........

The top one is the Yahoo one which I've not tried.....and the bottom one is..er...this one!

I'll see if I get any joy with the Yahoo one but I left it on the basis that all the emails I got were never bike related let alone VTR!

Mailing Lists

Post by Twisted »

They are actually the same thing, the site is owned by me and the mailing list is partly owned by myself and some other listers.

Have you actually set a date yet as we are trying to oraginise the VTR list NEC show day and Tuesday 18th is looking favourite, mainly because it's a quiet show day so less punters.

The list has 500 members want me to send out an admin mail letting them know of this meetup?

BTW the http://www.vtr1000.co.uk and .org are not the same site but both run by ginger GWARS!!!! one of which still owns a storm (me)

Hi Twisted
All help would be greatfully received. Definitely going ahead with the 19th Oct. If you can do an admin email it would be a real help.

Will start a new forum line with full details and if you can point them to there that would be great. Would be great to see you there too to put a name to a avatar!!

Cheers
