Dynojet Kit.......Any advice?

Post by clutchmonkey »

Hi my fellow Storm owners. I love my bike and after owning her for about 18 months now I am starting to make a few mods and changes.

I've fitted the Goodridge brake hoses (lovely) and now want to release the full power by sorting out the exhaust (watching a nice ART can on eBay) and fitting a K&N Air filter.

I know the carbs need rebalancing and have been told that a Dynojet kit would make a difference to the fuelling and help flatten out the power delivery.

Have any of you guys fitted a Dynojey kit yourselves or is it best to get it fitted professionally? I am not exactly a professional mechanic but I am happy to get my hands dirty and am keen to learn more about the bike and the various components.

So any advice on fitting one and what benefits could I expect to get?

Cheers all :D

OK,

Ignore the above guys, have just searched for previous threads on what benefits a kit will give me.

Newbie mistake, I'll make sure it never happens again (hanging head in shame as I type)
