Service and maintenance intervals???

Hey bikers!

What's the service and maintenance intervals for a VTR 1000 Firestorm -00??? 12.000km e.t.c. ???

I've bought a used honey and it's now ridden approx. 20.000km and perhaps should get some service soon...

First major service @ 16000miles and thats all the usual oil, filter, plugs etc but you also have to check/adjust the valve clearances.
