Who wanted some bar risers?

Post by Kitch »

I recall a conversation about these recently.

I had ordered some of the nice chap who makes them for £37.50, they arrived and were very nice, although the bolts that replace the original clip ons mounting lugs will need a little filing (I believe LotusSevenMan did this)

I then hatched a cunning plan that very unusually for me paid off .

My Storm is now the proud wearer of a set of VFR bars that look absolutely beautiful and raise the riding position. And only £2.50 more than the risers. [yoda] MMMmmm... Happy was I [/yoda] As these are like rocking horse poo apparently.

So... this means I have an as new, never fitted set of alloy bar risers if anyone wants them. £35.00 posted.

They do just about foul the fairing - the top of the switchgear just touches it, but it's not enough of a big deal to trim it, though I might do when I'm bored one evening, you wouldn't need to.
