Restricted?

My '97 Storm is a parallel import from France. Anyone have any idea if these were restricted by Honda because of France's 100bhp limit? I know the Storm makes barely more than that at the back wheel anyway, but I'd be interested to know either way.

I don't think so.
How far does the front wheel lift if you slowly take it up to five grand in first and then whip the throttle full open as fast as you can?

If you land on you back it's restricted. If it flips you all the way around onto your head it's not

or you could take the air box and carbs off and have a look down the inlets for some washers. Not as much fun but a little more sensible
