I thought it'd be nice to get a few storms together before the winter set in and before the new storm (potentially) arrives next year and everyone starts swapping their bikes......................and then it all went a bit silly!!!!
List too long to place here but I currently have 35 yes's, 5 maybe's, 3 definite No's and 2 'selling my storm's'! Oh and 7 none storm owners who want to come and revel in the noise!
18 are from the MCN forum and 16 from here (I know some of you do both!) So if all the maybe's turn out, there would be 40 ish storms there and as far as I'm aware, there's not been so many in one place anywhere before....apart from the carpark at a WSBK meeting :0)
Proposed date is still Sunday 19th October, Kick off around 11am. Proposed meeting point is still the National Motorcycle Museum near the NEC in Birmingham, then on to Stratford to the pub by the river (bike friendly!) to drink Lucozade, compare conkers and eat pies!
I'm trying to keep a spreadsheet to try and track all of you and although I can trackdown where most of you are from, it may be useful to know as some of you don't want to ride up/down on your own and I can let you know who's in your area and attending. It may also stop some of you dropping out at the last minute if you've already arranged to meet someone before hand!
I've even had one request from scotland but they'll only be coming if someone else is riding down from there too!
Even if 50% turn up I'll consider it a success so come on folks, stick it in ya diaries as a definite!!!
