Not sure what make mine is (picked it up from fleabay a few years ago). It's Carbon fibre and that's all I know about it as it has no stickers or owt on it
Although it uses a couple of the same bolts that hold the chain guard on, it fits over original chainguard.
I removed chainguard at first but then realised it looked stupid and would fit over it - so it was replaced.
Also as Chris says, uses at least one of the brake tube clamp screws.
Didn't get any fitting instructions - just trial and erorr - I suppose there's a few different designs out there.
