My storm is coming up for 20k now - it has had regular normal services and runs really smoothly (fingers crossed) at the moment. Is there anything I should be looking at doing/thinking about at this mileage? Any ideas greatly received.
Cheers

I find some of the best things for looking after my Storm.
Pre-ride
* Fill up with freshly stolen red diesel. Better than that Excellium stuff and sounds like a John Deer with Microns on.
* Have a routine. Mine consists of:
Open garage, get doused by water running off door.
Dry, get all togged up in multi layered gear.
Realise bathroom is needed, undress.
Get all togged up in mulit layered gear.
Fail to find wallet, undress, find stuffed in waistband of undies.
Get all togged up in multi layered gear.
Get on bike, ride to petrol station to replace half tank of fuel used while idling.
Post-ride
* Give a spray down with a hose followed by a wax buffing with a fresh kitten.
* Tuck up warm in a blankey and garage and read a story - the oxygen from your breath pre-charges the airbox for next days starting.
of course, anyone doing that can't blame me
Red Storm's linky or a Haynes book is all you really need. CCT's are Cam Chain Tensioners - if they fail it can destroy the engine so Storm owners need to be wary of them and get them changed even though they aren't a service item you're supposed to replace.
General bike rules really - fuel, oil, water, tyres, chain, service schedule. Engine's good if looked after, doesnt rust to bits at first sniff of winter and there's plenty of modding options for a bling habit.
Most importantly, Storms need to be ridden everyday - if only to make you smile.

Voted most likely to be found dead in park bushes following an act of autoerotic asphyxiation.
