Hi,
It seems to me that the steering stem nut is 29mm - this seems a strange size, could anyone confirm pls before I waste money buying the wrong socket...
Also, what did those of you who've adjusted the bearings use to tweak the adjusting and lock nuts? I was thinking about using a hammer and drift and gently tapping, not sure if thats a good idea.
Thx for any input.

A C-spanner is the usual tool of choice but I daresay most of us have used the old hammer &drift method
If you are minded to make a tool to torque they nuts up to the exact spec, you can get a C-spanner, heat it and bend the handle back over itself then weld a socket onto it

I've got an inferiority complex
But its not a very good one!
