Currently have DJ190 mains in there (possibly a tad on the large side), Dynojet needles in 4th clip from the top, drilled slides - one extra lift hole, mixture screws 2 1/2 turns out. The bike has the ignition advanced 4 degrees, straight through race cans, K&N filter and I've sacrificed a few dremel discs to grind down the blockage in the RHS header pipe.
It's never been on a dyno so all my tweaking has been done using the trusty seat-of-the-pants 'o meter. It ran 11.24 at this year's Bulldog Bash with 180 mains, K&N and de-baffled standard cans and then I got the race pipes and upped the jet size and ground the header. It feels faster but it also feels a bit rich (and it's drinking fuel faster than a small aircraft
