Is this a vtwin cycle type thing, or a simple tweak required. The idle speed is ok I kno...

0-60

My 10 year old asked how quick a firestorm gets from 0-60, watching Top Gear with this Bentley doing it in 4 point something seconds for an obscene price tag.

Never timed it myself!

Beowulfs. The bike is a different bike with them. More responsive, more power, tells you when it needs changing up, or down. Just need some earplugs on longer distances.

Scare ff all those gimps purchasing their shiny new Crossrunners for £12k. When they could have saved £1...

Re: Race cans - the science??

Yeah, was thinking about the ear plug solution, may get some moulded as standard ones always fall out.

Will certainly get the race cans back on though.

Thanks for the comments

Race cans - the science??

So, IAM not technical, don't really understand why.......but. Had the firestorm for 11 months now, just had the beowulfs taken off, originals put on. Just wanted to see what the difference was. My findings..... The original cans are obviously heavier ( although I don't notice this whilst knocking 80...

Re: Trip to Brighton.

Try riding above 40mph!! Then your back won't hurt. Bizarre how at 6' 1" I find the Storm perfect, no backache, no windblast whatsoever.
