I've upgraded my front forks this winter. Now to make things clear, I have never had ANY forks apart before, so I knew I would probably learn a few new things, buy some new tools, etc. I was encouraged to do the job by myself after reading the great write-up by Carl. I installed some linear springs ...

An endurance tank would make a great bike almost perfect. I hate it's always me who first has to stop for fuel....

If the price is right, I'm definately interested in owning one!

I will! Garage is warming up right now. I have new fork springs from Roger, a brown bag of little bits and pieces from David Silvers, Motul 7.5w fork oil and lot's of beer. Merry Christmas everybody!

Loose negative battery connection gave me similar symptons once.

The old filters were in pieces, found them inside the carbs behind the diaphram...



Just got some new ones, but I'm not sure should they be oiled or not?
