Re: London Terror Threat
I don't want to get into this not all Muslims are terrorists dabate, because at the moment when its comes to religious terrorism Islam is topping the charts, so there is an inherent problems, but to say that all Muslims are terrorists is wrong, they are getting a far worse end of the stick when it ...

Re: London Terror Threat
I am not sticking up for the terrorists, but terrorism comes in many religions and walks of life, people need to realize that Muslims are fighting a war against these cave men, all around the world and Muslims are being killed, men, women and children by these backward extremists. I don't want to ...

Re: Chuck Berry
Very admirable of you. Easy for you to judge someone whose shoes you've not walked in. "People who put me where I had been" pretty much says it all. So your telling me its okay to treat people like dirt when you have had a bad deal in life? A smile, hand shake and a stroke of a pen for people that ...

Re: Chuck Berry
Easy to find fault? How would you have behaved born into brutal racism? With a lot more humility and appreciation for the people who put me where I had been, the people who paid money for my records, for people who paid money to come and see me play, for people who had adoration for what I done ...

my experience of him is not as good, years ago on holiday over 20 years, he was playing, when he finished he sat in a chair with his arms folded, now remember hes career is pretty much finished legend or not, his " fans " were walking up to meet him and to try and get his autograph, he totally ...

Re: Another delusional blue owner...
If cruising is your thing and you don't want a Harley then maybe this is what you want?.
Yeah its a bit blue in your face tho, but for the year the price isn't bad.

Re: Zero minus 1500
I agree, Electric is coming whether people like it or not, I don't think I will see completely electric run vehicles in my life time being the norm on the road, but hybrids are going to come sooner rather than later.

Black and?. Grays
Was sitting in Traffic jam going towards Grays Thurrock to pick up my Harley when I noticed a rather nice, clean looking VTR in black and red ( could of been yellow ), looked like a custom paint job, going through the traffic went in front of my black Smax and darted up the inside of another car ...

Re: what bike did you have and let go but would like back
A few bikes come to mind, some not because I felt they were the best thing I had owned but because I had done stupid swaps. BMW R1100S, I had spent a lot of time working on this bike and got it near spot on but had an itch for a pocket rocket, the guy swapped a clean looking ZX6R that seemed okay at ...

Re: Insurance Renewal
A lot of people don't, the problem is if you don't and the insurer can use that as a reason to squirm out of paying out then your in a lot of trouble. To be fair I tend not to mod my bikes, okay aftermarket can and such, but nothing heavy, they are quick enough out the box to warrant not bothering ...

Re: What haynes manual
Sorry if this appears :hijacked:  I ended up selling my collection of Haynes, or giving them away to friends when they bought a particular bike. I've got a shelf full of Haynes bike manuals. Some are for bikes I've never even owned, but saw the manual at a boot sale/autojumble/charity shop ...

Re: What haynes manual
I have used Haynes for years and personally find them incredibly useful. It's a bit like using a satnav OR a map - both are aids to navigation so you can't always rely 100% on the one. Have you compared them to factory manual?, personally I after having had Haynes in the past for years I started ...

Re: What haynes manual
The best manuals to get are the manufacturers manuals. I just checked EBay there's 4 on there. In my opinion and experience, Haynes manuals are barely worth the paper they are written on, the official Honda Workshop manuals ( and Harley Davidson ) I have are worth their weight in gold. Seriously ...
