Re: GRAINSTORM....2012 Workshopday. 16th June

I'll be at the services M25 J28 (A12) 8:30-8:45. Will be meeting up with the Bazza convoy and proceeding to Lakeside. Unless it's pissing with rain! Bazza, I'll send you a message confirming I've not slept through my alarm/wimped out in the morning. If you don't receive one assume I'm unconscious an...

Re: what have you done to your "bike" today

Just had a lovely ride home. Roads were dry, traffic was light (is netball on again?)... Then I came up against a "road closed" sign. Damn thinks I... (Yes, reserve light was on). Having seen the downed power lines on that road in the morning I thought "Well, they must be fixing them....

Re: what have you done to your "bike" today

i still find bmw drivers to be the worst, its almost as if they refuse to pull over from the overtaking lane, like its their devine right to be there because they drive a beemer :whatever I think mercedes drivers are slowly catching up to the title of road A hole. Re: what have you done to your "bike" today

I got mine dirty...

Aka, been riding it to work again... Not really the weather for it, but as the car needs an MOT I didn't have much choice.
Rain, wind, fallen bit of tree and a low hanging branch that almost took my f*ckin' head off.

Now it's got wood mulch all over the belly pan :(

Re: Decent MPG on a 'Storm!

Just filled up, and again 37MPG. Very impressed with the Defender's cornering, he actually came past me on the inside on the M11/M25...

Welcome aboard.

Orange bikes are good. You just need to leave them outside in the sun for a while to fade more of the red pigment.

Don't worry, it'll be the best colour soon enough :biggrin

Welcome aboard Colin.

If the bike has this URL on the plate, it must have belonged to one of the mob at some time.

Okay, crowd, 'fess up, who had a silver one as described?
