white storm

i`m gonna get my bike sprayed in the very near futer i`m doing it gloss white with high gloss black front mudguard and wheels has anyone got any pics of white storms for me to have a look at just to get a bit of an idea what mine will look like :thumbup: :beer:

Marty has mentioned frost, which is the link I put in The paint is by a company called eastman As it is aluminium you should use the correct undercoat before any topcoat They do this paint specifically for radiators in order not to interfere with the cooling It sprays directly onto the aluminium Us...

i`m thinking of spraying my radiators black to try and make them look slightly less obvious from the side of the bike has anyone done this and if yes is there any pics of the end result :beer: :think:

Ive got a 2000 storm all standard apart from viper cans i want to improve starting a wee tad it`s got a nearly new battery and spends a fair bit of time plugged into an optimate i don`t get to use it much but it`s regularly started and run up to temp but as they all do when your sitting at lights et...

generally i also fill up when light comes on or start looking for fuel around 90 miles the carry some petrol and see how far we get is happening in the near future so will let you all know if i ever make it back alive :wink: i was just interested as a comparison anyway cheers lads have a great Chris...

has anyone voluntarily or not tested how many miles riding you have left on a storm 17 ltr tank when the petrol light comes on I've only ever gone about 5 miles after the light :Beer Popcorn:

thanks lads for all the reply`s had a feeling the standard lamps would be brighter than led`s but gotta say the superhawk link is very interesting i'm now thinking of buying a second hand unit and adding some single led`s buy drilling and fitting them around the outside of the original bulbs and wir...

does anyone know if you can buy led bulbs for the rear light on a standard storm light unit and where to get them from and also if they are any good ? i don't like the look of the led light units and the one`s that include the indicators should be banned on the grounds of cruelty to biking and sheer...
