Trying to undo Allen bolts on front of the seat fairing/cowl, but the captive nut part is spinning in the rear subframe, Any ideas to stop it turning .???? Thanks

I undid the retaining bolts and couldnt pull the baffles out, Forgot about them, went out today for a ride and fired them out on the A406, luckily managed to retrieve them before they were squashed, Thanks for that front wheel Bananaman,

Had the firestorm nearly 2 years, ( first bike). Just removed the baffles from the Fuel exhausts and Woo Hoo what a difference. They will be staying out until MOT time. Vroom vroom.
