If your finding the standard ones a little too low then you could get some later modelled Storm bars which are Black in colour and have a slightly higher degree rise to them. IIRC I think it's a 7 degree rise. This is what I use and they do...

I would possibly consider risers but want to keep the clip ons as the main reason for getting the Firestorm was to do the sports bike thing before I get too old or inflexible to rise one :) I got 80 odd miles in yesterday and am starting to fit the bike a bit better now,...

Dumb noob question here. I have read the threads on replacing the standard smooth reg/rec and can see suggestions for Yamaha ones etc or the CBR 125. Does the later, finned version for the VTR not bolt straight on using the existing holes/wiring etc.? Basically looking for a totally plug and play so...
