Re: Reference - Linkage Bearing, Seal Sizes and Part Number

Partzilla is fine except that shipping is based on cost I.e usd40 shipping cost for anything purchased up to usd100 after which it goes up. Parts can take sometime to arrive as they have to order parts from American Honda. I use only as a last resort when I can't get parts elsewhere.

Re: Glad I pulled the Back End Off the Bike

Found it!!!

4 needle bearings 91072-KT7-003 number 17 of size 17x24x20
1 needle bearing 91071-KV3-005 number 20 and of unstated size = 91071-KV3-005 17x24x25

We've got to store this somewhere so its easy to search. I'll post it up with the appropriate headings.

Re: Bleeding hydraulics

The clutch reservoir is pretty small though and I managed to empty it a couple of times and got air into the system. No big deal though, as using the syringe method i managed to suck up the air out right quick.

Bleeding hydraulics

Hi Guys Decided to bleed all my hydraulics (clutch and brakes) yesterday. The clutch hydraulics came out black something awful. Previous owner never did change the fluid IMHO. Since I was working on my own, i fashioned up a solo hydraulic bleed tool which worked extremely well and I thought I'd shar...

I would do those 2 "borderline" cases any if i were you. the cams are coming off for the others and you might as well get it done all at once.

Re: Original Silencer Mounting position

Thanks mate!

That's what I thought and how i fitted the OEM silencers.

However, when i looked through the Factory Workshop Manual, it got me confused and looked like the silencers were fitted inboard for the front and outboard for the rear.
