Removed PAIRS. If it's taken away all the popping I may well put it back on, but it will make adjusting the fuel screws easier for now. Also cleaned the chain, gave the rear wheel a good scrub while it was out and regreased things. Lined up the chain guard properly so it should actually catch the ch...

makes a good difference that, we do ours at some point before the big annual trip and the leather feels so much better. Good to get that extra bit of waterproofing back on boots etc too, will be tackling it all at some point soon...

150 miles of good riding, then raced the rain home and won! Also got the photographers online pics from my wedding last week, look who was in attendance... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v389/Devildude/0055_zpsxrn5npfu.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v389/Devildude/0325_zpsyrqvte8x.jpg

Re: Track day tyre wear
My raised edges seem to switch from leading to trailing as you go round the profile. I'm guessing due to rolling the power on as the bike is more upright? The rear was at 30 on a cold day and I think they were getting a bit too hot. Would take a couple of laps for them to hold a solid line, then thi...

Played with the quick shifter again. I will do a write up on it at some point, the short version though is it's a nice little toy, definitely not needed, and to use it only when going quick. Clue is in the name.

Fresh MOT
I had no reason to think it would fail but it's nice to get the piece of paper. Just had to nip home and pick up the full size plate.
