I was wondering where to get my hands on the foot brake side footrest hanger. Noticed a small crack forming. Was assuming that the material is cast aluminium? Has any one successfully weld repaired? I can arrest the crack with a small drill and that may stop it spreading. Just looking at my options ...

Thanks for the reply. I checked the lobe orientation and although it was nearly two years ago I thought I did it right but it is something I can check. I see on another post that it is easy to get wrong. I will check the manual but is there a guide on checking it?
