I can confirm my digital display is in KPH but my speedo is the UK MPH dial bike was registered new UK 2000. I was looking through old MOT`s and they were originally filled out in KPH and about five years ago changed to MPH so my 31k VTR has only done 19k miles

I suspect your speedo is KPH then. Show us a pic and we can confirm. Saying that though, there has been a couple of cases where ODO's have seemed to have mysteriously changed themselves. I have not seen this confirmed or heard of a fix. Most likely some key combination or something that only Honda ...

Nah this bike was bought locally and came from Fife before that.

I got busted at the weekend at Rannoch Moor Glencoe on the A82 blue volvo hidden amongst parked cars in a large lay bay pointing north on foot with speedgun. Had a sales rep in work today who got busted at the same spot.

Hi I purchased my VTR with Scorpion exhaust which has custom/specific rear hangers with no footpegs I bought a scabby second hand set of rear hangers with pegs cleaned them up tried to fit hem today and they are well out of position are there any custom hangers with peg fitment available anyone know...

Hi have just purchased a 2000 red VTR1000. Going to have a sniff about and see what I can see no issues as yet but still got the auto cam tensioners! Cheers
