I will be adding some Nikwax over the top of polish, hopefully that should help with the waterproofing.

That and wearing black socks

Only took about 15 mins per boot with a small paintbrush, I will check them tomorrow to make sure the colour is even.

Finished result, will apply some Nikwax tomorrow to waterproof them.

In the end went with a bit of thinners to clean/deglaze the leather and then used some ancient (circa 1970's) black leather dye found in cupboard at my folks place.

I have some faded red (pink) sidi's that I want to change to black and wondered if anyone can recommend a decent product to do the job?

Just been out to look at mine as my fairing is also off, I couldn't see one anywhere on either the fairing or the bike.

I am sure that one someone will come along shortly and confirm exactly what it is and that mine is missing!
