How do i remove plastic protector from fork ?
Does anybody have an idea how to remove those plastic protectors on the forks ? https://www.dropbox.com/s/qfhprgpmt2o0lmp/fork.JPG?raw=1 Have been fiddling with a flat screwdriver but dont want to do much damage. And in case you wonder, i want them removed so that i'm able to repaint my forks proper...

But at first, what kind of shape do you have in mind? I think it can be hard to say something useful unless this is known. Does the shape affect the sound it makes ?
