Update: So as you may have read so far I have changed out the Coil Ecu Unit, I have changed out the Pick Up's, I have changed out the actual coils and HT leads. Have you revved it up in neutral and seen if it revs past 5000, have you checked the carbs are seated correctly as they could have dislodged slightly, have you checked your lines and filters and that the.vacuum tubes and such are all firmly attached.and in the right position. Update - so I have changed out the Pick Up's in the clutch cover. The problem still exists. I have then swapped out both coils today and YIP the problem still exists! :twisted: Any views as to whether the Throttle Sensor could cause this symptom? Update: So I have tested the Peak Minimum Voltage at the ICM and Pick Up connector. The Honda Manual suggest that anything less than 0.7V relates to a faulty Pick Up Unit. Readings at both points on the multi meter were at 0.6V! I have also checked wiring continuity from Pick Up Connector to ICM ...

Morning, we did no work on the engine at all! Motor was running sweat all along. Going to re look the fuel supply once more and see if there is not a problem there.

We changed nothing other than Ignition / Key assembly, the clocks and head light plus of course some body work fix and spray..
