Re: Srtipping Naked...totally
Clutch center nut and big end bolts not reusable? Hmmm...The 1st gen SV1000 has a very hackable fuel injection system, without mapping.

Srtipping Naked...totally
Now that I've got y'all attention, ("yuz" if you're up North). I'm stripping my bike totally and rebuilding it. Engine, suspension, hopefully fuel injection from SV1000, etc. I've been into bikes over 30 years and built a few customs from scratch. Most of the stuff I can figure out and Yes, I did ...

Re: radiator relocation with SP1 fairing
Lovely, but not very manly. The blue one focuses more on the owner/rider. Can't wait to post mine but it will be a little while since I'm stripping it completely and redoing it. At least I got to ride it for almost 50 klicks.

Re: radiator relocation with SP1 fairing

Re: Anyone using EnKei rims?
 I just saw that. The problem I'm running into is that its a 5 bolt instead of 4. Previous owner just ran it until there wasn't much left to run. I'm thinking of dumping the set for practicality. I cannot find any info on line about these rims. Supposedly the front end came off a GSXR and ...

Re: radiator relocation with SP1 fairing
I'm glad this has happened before to someone else. I just bought the bike and although it is a brilliant design, I've got my work cut out for a few days. Just realized I have bent shift forks. Thanks for the tips.

Anyone using EnKei rims?
I have them on my ‘03 and the 45mm rotor is worn out. I’m searching everywhere to find a replacement.

Instrument panel alternatives ?
Hey y'all. Has anyone know of anyone who may know a guy who may have seen it somewhere done before? I have have a '98 and a '03 and I want to be able to read my RPMs and temp without using the bulky instrument panel. I am sure nothing just plugs in but I'd love to do this. Cheers

radiator relocation with SP1 fairing
Hey y'all. I am planning on putting on SP1 fairings on my superhawk. My concern is not the brackets lining up but the radiators don't quite fit into the fairings. They sit too low. It is possible that I got a wrong set of fairings which came off RC51. I wouldn't mind relocating the radiators anyways ...
