err, is the foam still on the seatunit to stop the lens flapping about? (under side of seatunit and touches top of lens)

Are you fitting MT21's on too, that we be pretty low gearing, you will probably need to drop 1 link or too on the chain. I use a pair of MSR XC Cold Pro gloves in the winter, not much protection (compaired to leather/carbon etc) but more feel than normal gloves (even summer ones) and so far waterproof.
