head race bearings
Apparently the head race bearings on the VTR should be set to a specific torque (rather than the nip 'em up and take a quarter of a turn off...)
Does anyone know the torque setting ?
If it comes to it i'll go buy a haynes manual, but it seems a it much for one number...

i got ohlins (front and back) fitted at HM racing in Orpington - not too far from essex i guess. They set the bike up as part of the package, which i think is essential unless you really know what you're on about. Absolutely stunning... i'd had a cbr6 before and was hugely disappointed with the vtr ...
