The weather sounds not too bad with you lot down south. last week we had Rain, hail, sleet, snow (for about 10 mins) and gale force winds. Glad you enjoyed your weekend up in Inverness. Didn't manage to get out at the weekend as I had to work both days.
You'll need to take the bikes next time and hopefully we can arrange a run up the west.

Hi Nobby, How did you manage to get the bike back on the road again, after the assessor went off with your reg document ? Me and mate will be stopping off in Bowness on Windermere from the 18th for a week. If you give me a shout closer to the date I might be able to come over to Grant on Spey. cheer...

Weather looks reasonable for Sat but back to the baltic blast on Sun.

When you are up at Homebase, get a tube of 2 part stone repair resin, applied with mastic gun. Use it to Seal up the edge of the doors and bonnet.

They stick out about 60 ish mm either side, I think they look ok, but my bike is black so they don't stand out. The mounting bolt that they supply to replace the forward oe one protrudes out past the fairing. The back of the bungs, ie the inside edge is about 10mm away from the fairing and not conca...
