Pilot screw adjusting

Does anyone know of a shortcut way to adjust the pilot air screws, can a tool be made up, or should I wait a few more years to get the necessary arthritic fingers! :roll: :wink:

Has anyone had a misfire that occurs at steady throttle? When I open wide it still goes like S*** off a shovel.
