A lot of companies these days will pay out for the extra's but at a bit less than market value. They did with mine when the storm got trashed. Try Allstyles motorcycle insurance. They were half the price of anyone else for me. They specialize in customs but do heavily modded street and sports bikes ...

I personally would buy this one but if you prefer the look of the big bang one then go for that. You would only be talking about 3400 miles difference and I do that in about 3 months. It's still absolutely no milage however, I think you would be mad to pass up the opportunity to own a bike like this...
