Front cylinder damage update. Split the head tonight and as you can see for the pictures, 4 bent valve and slight damage to the piston. Bent valve will have to be replaced, I know that much. Hi Jason, You need to remove the head to evaluate the damage before you can make the decision to repair and replace. Also if the valves are badly bent you need to check for piston crown damage. Evening all, Just started to strip the front cylinder down to see how bad it is. Looking at the below pictures, it's clear the chain has jumped, not in line. Hi Mac, Swapped them last summer and I've only covered arou d 400 to 500m since then due to lock down. I can't them off ebay, good reviews and lots of sales. I've just checked the MCCT and it's tight, I don't know what happened to the other. If the piston is bent, what kind of cost am I looking at?...

Unfortunately the bolt on CCT have worked themselves out! It very likely, it's was my fault. I don't have the time or skill to repair myself. Does anyone know a hosent mechanic in and around the Wrexham area?
