Just working on No2 commuterstorm...there is no flange..it has completely rusted off.
Not sure how to post pics.
Going to have to put No1 bike to an MOT a month early as No2 wont pass with no visible means of attachment for the front header.

Ive used Lumiweld to repair a smashed clutch cover. It isnt really "low temp" I had to have the case on a camp stove and a Mapp torch on the top. As soon as its up to temp it all goes liquid. I had to seal the bottom..front outer..with Das modelling clay to hold the pooled braze. I eventua...

While fitting a voltmeter cum usb charger, I took the clocks off, and noticed a rattle, upon disassembly I found a 200uf capacitor rolling around.
Everything works fine.

I always use anti seize. I also have a parralel blade screwdriver I bought at a market years ago which fits perfectly, Ive never seen one since, and that was bought 21 years ago.
