Fully understand, I have Honda CB750 k7, and has been messed about by previous owners and the like, mate refurbished them with new jets etc. But all the floats were out of sync, took days to get them semi right, but still not correct. However it's a great learning curve, but me thinks the floats are...

That subframe is art, maybe naked with a hugger and just a seat and small box to hide the battery and gubbins. Gonna be nice this

Not sure, maybe someone has and will chip in. Only seen pictures with this type of bar and it looks like no or very small trimming needed. Also would the bars hit the tank being so low? More so the controls? Hopefully someone can definitely answer that.

That's not too bad, and can be repaired. Take to any specialist welding workshop and ask if they can grind down the crack and fill with alloy welding. Should be no problem to get done.

That trick works a treat using the axle spindle, will,connect up everything else later in the week. :thumbup:

7/8 Renthal ultra low bars, yes you need to trim the fairings, but it's not hard and it looks fine. Look at my post " a few changes". But it's worth it for the comfort.

Bugger of swingarm bolt, was goona do more tonight, but sod it knackered after fitting in new dryer and moving kitchen units around all day on my hands and knees.
