Absolutely no problem, I would have attempted it with the std lines anyway so no harm done, it was fun messing with the bike anyhoooooo

I rode kermit today (cheers Chris) and the difference with the bar conversion is incredible, good news for me as it means I wont be needing a new bike, when i ride mine my wrists and back are sore in a matter of minutes, rode kermit for a while today and pain free.....whoop whoop Need to order longe...

Well....

The job started well enough, but the brake hoses are nowhere near long enough

So had to go back to original setup for now.

And off we go

I think if I go the flat bar conversion the standard brake hoses will fit However I was thinking of switching to braided hoses, how much extra length do we think I might need if I fit the 1.5 inch rise bars. My back of a fag packet calculation thinks 3 inches longer would work (1.5 up and 1.5 left/r...

I'm in Knottingley near ferrybridge services (A1-M62 intersection) and have a crate just like that, if you are picking the engine p from anywhere near me you are welcome to pick the crate up

This is the bar conversion kit I have. I have a set of Renthal flat bars and a set of 1.5 inch rise bars, will see how we go.....
