Have you tried turning it off, then back on again?
Read the manual?
If the answer is yes, to both, take it back to the shop and get your money back unless they fix it for you.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Have you checked the flux capacitor...?

Try standing by the window, on one foot, which needs to be in a bucket of sand... Ware a tin foil hat & have a finger in your ear...

Works for me every time...

Just wait until you try doing your shopping when tills and people are redundant. The whole world has gone phone mad. Insanity implants are on the increase and if one is sane when they start using their phone it wont be long before it drives them insane. Give it a few years it might be literally driving us.

So what you are telling us is that the devices are not pairing. Why not just plug the phone into the laptop. It will not only be faster and more secure but a more reliable connection.

It's just annoying that it won't connect.
