No, not a happy bunny

and there is also no signal for......."did you see that pig with the union jack paint job? I wonder if Wil has been involved in draining its man seed?" ....... Bazza and I nearly ran into an oncoming car when trying to mime that to each other

No he wasn't! That photo was when we got to Glossop and worked out he was missing. That roundabout is magic, it makes people disappear

It's really good when it works. It only takes one person to leave their station to mess it up though. Thanks to everyone on the day, it ran like clockwork (almost) :cool2

Cheers
Ckennedy wrote: Any videos of the roads in Derbyshire or was the camera dead by that point?
The camera died at the same time benny's bike did. Over 3 hours of footage including the Magic Roundabout. Nothing on the C n F though. I took a power lead with me to run the camera off the bike but it wouldn't work
AMCQ46 wrote:Geo,
I see you found the in pub footage I took when you were outside [sorry about fiddling with your helmet! :D] but you edited out the "down the trousers close up"
Cheers for that. Makes for a good intro me thinks. One year I will attend only concentrating on filming (and the road of course) Someone else can back mark from the start. See if that puts a stop to people falling off :P
AMCQ46 wrote: keep them coming, and good luck naming everyone as there were such a good turn out of new faces [and wives] that I am not sure who everybody was! Today I am already having withdrawl symptoms :( so need the videos and photos to keep the buzz going
Yeah will do. I have a nice fast PC now so will sort them out fairly quickly. I am waiting to get the photos from Flatline before doing the next video as he has loads from the pub.

Might not even try this time with the names. Will do a credits at the end of the last video though
VTR Marmite wrote:Some good footage there George, pity you didn't catch my off later on :) Anyone know which program the BBC cameraman in the car park was filming for?

I really thought the marker system was good, and apart from losing Neil at Morrisons in the beginning, it worked a treat. Probably the only time i'll ever find myself leading an SP2
Thanks. I never do get the offs. I'd make a sh1t camera man. I'm never where the action is. hmm it always seems to happen behind me. :eek2 No idea what the cameraman was there for.
darkember wrote:Nice clips there Geo . My gesticulations at the start were pointing at Neil in Morrisons. Reckon we all need to learn sign language
Thanks. I have worked out why we left him. He mentioned he was getting fuel. You see him in the video at the start. I must have assumed he had already fuelled up. (Thats my excuse :P)

Bazza, so what's the Eco mode? Is it just a sticky throttle?

Geo I do not mind taking up the back marker on the next trip so you can move around the group to get different footage. I shall make sure I have a copy of the route in case something happens. Unless you want someone more experienced, I do not mind. But the offer is there.
